posh + polished: floral and design trend book 2020

Elegance and luxury are at the heart of this style. Luxe textures of velvet and matte metals paired with rich, warm jewel tones set the stage for this classic yet cosmopolitan affair. Alongside these darker toned flowers expect to find the light side in tone-on-tone combinations of beige and cream that help bring balance and softness. Brown dyed flowers and candles are the unexpected key pairings alongside a jewel tone palette of velvety blooms of Roses, Orchids, Ranunculus and Peonies. The addition of gilded foliages such as Magnolia and Israeli Ruscus bring the metallics off of the tables and into the arrangements which provide an over-all sophisticated setting.
